Stopped yesterday on the way to KC and should have just kept going. We ordered 2 of their $5 meals with hamburger, chicken... nuggets, fries and a drink. Bad choice!! Fries were soft, not cooked with no salt and there were no salt packets at thecondiment table. Got ketchup and it was so watery I had to throw it away. Started eating my sandwich and whoever cut the onionsdid not remove the outer tough skin. Wife's sandwich was so bad she threw it away. Terrible food!! Pass this place by!! Read more
The only reason there is a single star is because that is the lowest it will let me score. The manager Dakota was HORRIBLE. His... attitude was horrible. The way he talked to employees and other customers. A gentleman went to inform him the toilet in the mensrestroom was leaking water and he said oh well there is nothing I can do about it. He went and locked the doors at 8. No one wasable to get into the lobby. Someone called the work phone and he was rude to them. He should not be a manager at all. Horrible!! Worse service I have ever had here. Girl named Lola? Name tags are black with red writing ...maybe so you can not see... the name. Told me there was no extra on lettuce tomato and charged 1.20 . Did not want to give me my reciept .Also ordered 4hamburgers only one had the correct condiments . Poor girl making them finally got our food for us because evidently drivethrough was much more important to Lola . I watched cars go around the building and get waited on an left . I went up to askbecause our hamburgers sat for almost 10 min. And she told me they were busy !! 21.00 for wrong burgers and bad service ! Shameon them. Lola was condescending and rude !! Fries horribly salty and very brown. Her grampa came in (she yelled to someone thatit was her grampa ) he had his food less than 4 min. So that is why the bad review. Read more

Shout out to our local BK! For being short handed this weekend, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good. Lola was... our cashier today and she impressed me! She made sure our order was correct before we left the drive through which is a BIGdeal! I will definitely be back!
