Carside to go on 11/14 - Pickup time of 6:51PM Arrived at 6:45, little early so I waited. At 7:08 I called the restaurant to see... what the hold up was. Told we were waiting on an Ice Cream Sundae (kids). Finally received food at 7:16. Out of what we orderedwe were missing Mashed Potatoes and a Lemonade. So it took 25 minutes to make a Sundae, and that was so time consuming that youforgot a side and a drink. You earned that $.01 tip more than anyone I have ever seen in my life. Read more
Applebee's has the consistency I expect. The service was great as someone from management checked on us as well as our server.
I ate here with several family members the other night and was unfortunately disappointed with the food. I ordered the shrimp n... parmesan sirloin because I was in the mood for steak (and I ordered it medium rare) but I received a burger smothered in shrimpand parmesan cheese. The burger was also not cooked medium rare but rare and it smelled absolutely horrid. I lost my appetitehaving it sitting in front of me for the evening and I am not one to shy from spontaneous food orders. I tried the sides and didenjoy the taste of the mashed potatoes but I couldn't get over the smell of the burger to finish anything on the plate. Ichecked their website to verify the menu item in case it was just a bad choice of food on my end but it is listed in the steak/ribs sections and it is listed as top sirloin and not ground sirloin. Overall the experience was a three to me because of themix up between the steak, the temp cooked to, and the smell. The sides, the kind server, and the family gathering is what keptthe experience up at a three. I think with a better and accurate food order that this place would be okay to take family toagain but I don't think I will brave it any time soon. We got a new waitress and had 11 in our party on a very busy nightb(Middle school graduation)The waitress was amazing really... wish I could remember her name. The rest of the wait staff was just as helpful and sweet. Food was awesome. No one in our partyhad any complaints. Read more
Walked in didn't have a mask on me so they told me to get it. As we where eating i looked in the kitchen area and all there... cooks and helpers in there was not wearing a mask. I bet they are spreading the virus. Picture didn't come out clear. Managercan't say they didn't know about no m ask cause I saw them go to the kitchen area. The taste was amazing. The drinks are good. Staff just as friendly as any other Applebees I've been to. Didn't wait long for... food, and the 2 for $20 is worth it. Laid back vibe on a Tuesday night, plenty of wonderful 90s songs playing too! Prime dinnertime at 6:00pm, and plenty of seating and staff was hustling about. :) Read more
Food was decent. Burgers came out how we requested, a little pink. Boneless wing appetizer was hot, fresh and not overcooked. ... Fries were hot and crispy. Nobody likes cold, old fries. Server was very nice and attentive. Very much appreciated. Kitchenseemed a little slow but, it could have been we were seated at a beginning of a rush. This trip was better than our previoustrips. The manager, I presume, was walking around talking to most of the guests, which was nice to see. Read more
Ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It comes with their mashed potatoes and mushrooms and onions. It came out... sizzling on the cast iron skillet. The food is what you can expect from an Applebee's. The chicken was a little overcooked andstringy, but with the onion and mushrooms it was fine. Mashed potatoes were prepared well and one of the first times I haven'tgotten a side at a chain restaurant overcooked in the microwave. I found the service to be fine. There aren't too many optionsin this area, but this is one of the better chain experiences I've had. Read more
