The food is always good, I have been coming here for years, however at our most recent visit, we felt extremely uncomfortable.... Usually get breakfast food no matter the time of day I come here but a few months back I went here and decided to get an Italian... beef. The Italian beef was super thick and the Texture was off plus the cheese wasn?t melted. Other then that I have had prettydecent times here. But there was this one time when I had this one server that was pushy and was trying to get me to order fastand finish my food fast. Food was mediocre at best, booths are old and ragged looking, owner did some weird rounding up on the bill to make extra change... or something, not sure what that was about. Soup was good but the crackers served with it were stale. Read more
So I read the reviews and wasn't expecting it to be great.... But c'mon mannnn. Order Belgium waffles for my wife, it's just a... plain thick rubbery waffle (threw it away). Micky mouse pancakes for the kid, it's a plain pancake with 3 pieces of old hardcanned pineapple. Farmers skillet was alright lots of cheese but very greasy and potatoes were extra dry, bacon was hard andchewy. Staff was nice and all but I'll never eat here again, waste of money. Read more
Excellent. The food is dreamworthy it's that good. The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. And the owner is generally on site... working. The gyro is phenomenal. I can't believe I'm saying this but even the liver and onions were perfect, tender, and tasty.And the cinnamon French toast...dang it now I'm hungry again. I can't wait to come back here. I believe everything is made inhouse. I know the ranch and soups are for sure. Both Excellent. And the gyro meat is on a giant spit in the back. The restaurantis perfectly named it was for certain the best food and bright spot I've had in ages but for sure this trip. We ate at starvedrock lodge this trip, forget it. The drive to bright spot is worth it and it's a fraction of the cost and the food is threetimes as good. Bright spot even offers senior menu selections. A restaurant that cares and is amazing.
