Like one reviewer said when they posted 3 months ago, not open. Cover the sign with a banner or something or at least close the... doors inside the truck stop entrance leading to it. Always loved the food, always fresh and pretty fast unless it's rush hour, but still not terrible.
I love subway but this was hands down the WORST subway I have ever been to. Only had half the bread options, but I did notice... bread about to go in the oven. We went at 8pm so I feel like even if they had a bad dinner rush they should have had time toprepare more bread or restock anything. I ordered a steak sandwich and the speed they prepared my sandwich as well as my friendssandwich was torturous to watch as I spent way too long waiting. When we got to the veggies I only put lettuce on my sandwich, Iasked for onions and instead of grabbing another cambro of onions or even OFFERING to prep any I was just told "I don't have anyup here" and at that point I was already so fed up with the lack of decent customer service that I said I was done with thesandwich. Absolutely disgraceful experience that took way too long for the simple sandwiches we wanted. Definitely would notrecommend going here and I for sure will not be returning. I worked at a subway for 2 years and can still not come up with anylogical excuse as to why we had such a bad experience. Read more
I've been here several times over the past few months and the service is incredibly slow. I frequent subway often in Marseilles... and Ottawa with wonderful, quick service. Definitely avoid this subway unless you have 20+ minutes to wait for an order of asalad and one sandwich. I've even tried using the app to order ahead(love this option at other locations) but the order took anextra 10 minutes from the set pick up time. Love subway, I'll just make sure to avoid this location from now on. Read more
Asked the person who I had to hunt down to wash his hands prior to making my sub and he refused so I left. When you're not... behind the counter and no one knows where you were or what you have handled and the customer ask you to wash your hands what isthe big deal... Just do !! Stupid people Read more
I won't go to any store that can't expect there own coupons......... just cause there a franchise doesn't mean they should be... able to do what they want. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Read more
