Very disappointed. Online ordering isn?t working, and won?t use the coupons that you are allowed on the app in store. Floors and... restaurant is very dirty. Used to be the place to go for subs but definitely not anymore. Read more
They're bad. Literally can't ever get extras right if you ask for them, and if you order curbside pickup, be prepared to go in... anyway, because they will ignore you even if you're parked right in front of the windows. Read more
Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch melt from this subway in the manner that I do at any other subway. Staff there told me that what I... was ordering and the order was incorrect, and that they couldn't toast the sub and re open it to add dressing and vegetables.Basically what I described was wrong. So they toasted it all at once closed up in a paper bag none the less. Sub was verydisappointing and will not be returning to this location as staff do not seem to know what they are doing. Ordered twice from here and both times were completely wrong. How they messed up one time is understandable, but two is... ridiculous. Get some employees that can read. Read more
Oswego East is the Worst Subway with the worst experience. Ordered dinner tonight: 2 whole subs, 2 bags of chips, and 2 sodas.... Sub orders were wrong: wrong or missing ingredients. Chip orders were wrong as well, got the wrong brand. Biggest problem isthis not the first time this has occurred, this location only. Only went through them as it's the closest and were Door Dashdelivered from. Very Very Disappointed yet again. Read more
I?m extremely happy with the Subway location and its staff. I was apart of a group of nearly 30 and they happily accommodated us... with excellent, speedy, & friendly service. Sufficient seating space for us. Clean establishment. 5 Star review. Read more
