Very disappointed..server very disengaged... When she did engage and we told her the experience was not good she shrugged her... shoulders....took order and different server tried to deliver our food to another table that already had food...$3.75 for hashthat was burnt and amounted to maybe 5 fork fulls ..hash browns underdone... I have been there twice, once with my friend. Both times myself and my friend really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent... and the staff really cares about the customer being satisfied. It has a very nice atmosphere and I will go back again soon andtry some different things on the menu. I thought the coffee was really very good. I enjoyed my visits and my friend really likedthe place as well. I have been back many times since this initial review and I really like the food and the service. OnThursdays they have a chicken and biscuit special for dinner and on Fridays they have a fantastic haddock sandwich or dinner anda really great mac and cheese as one of your choices. I highly recommend going there and trying some of these dinner items andalso their breakfast and lunch menu is also great. You will not be disappointed. I have been there many more times since myinitial review and I really love the place and everybody that I talk to either there or other places that I frequent really loveSherry's downtown diner. We loved it! Highly recommend giving it a try! My littlest is 2 and a half and he loved all the different trucks and cars going... by! He was given a coloring book and markers which was a nice touch! I came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning after hearing they recently opened. We were able to find parking right out front... and were seated easily. The menu is a good size and also very reasonable price wise. I got an egg white vegetable omelet and aside of wheat bread with home fries. The portions were huge! It was good, filling and well seasoned. Our waitress was friendlyand checked on us a few times while seated and refilled our coffee. The inside was nice, clean, and inviting. I'd recommend astop in!
