I was there last night December 5, 2022 at 10 PM. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-through order screen before someone would... take my order. I kept saying hello excuse me no answer then I pull up to the window they take my form of payment, and theemployee at the window is on the phone and her earbuds complaining about me pretty much saying how much she doesn?t want to beworking to whoever she?s talking to then I receive my food unwrap my burritos, and it looks like a toddler put them togetherthey were wide-open not even put together properly with the toppings going everywhere if you aren?t happy where you work thendon?t work at all. Nice young lady at the drive thru but the food was way over priced and not the quality that Taco Bell used to be prior to Covid.... The tacos had very little beef and cheese, they were all lettuce and shell. I?m convinced their taco shells are made smaller nowtoo and I ordered a steak burrito and got barely any steak on it! We've been testing out the online ordering but in my honest opinion you might as well just order it when you get there since... it's really no difference in the time it takes ????. The drive thru lady is always sweet and kind to me and my wife tho so it'sbeen a big pleasure to go here lately hopefully they will keep her because honestly it's hard to find someone who treats you sonicely.
