Great service and everyone was very pleasant!
If anyone had a bad experience here you must give this location a second chance. I was told not to go here by one person and I... thought to give it a try. I ended up making this my favorite location. I normally order my sandwiches to go, each time mysandwiches are always on point just what I ask for. There are always three guys inside and they always speak to me. To the twowhite guys and black guy, you guys are the best!!!! Went to Jimmy Johns on 71 today to pickup some sandwiches for my family, one of the best experiences I?ve had at a restaurant by... far. The 3 men working there today gave me the best customer service I?ve ever seen. Very polite, helped me with the menu, andhad my order ready before I was even done paying! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I totally would. I will gladlybe coming back again in the near future. Read more
I will not be going back to Jimmy John?s again! This is the 3rd bad experience with the Jimmy John?s located at 9th N Randall... Rd. The staff is completely rude and when I spoke to the manager Alex he had the nerve to blame it on the fact that they work ina fast environment. As a customer that is unacceptable! I wouldn?t treat anyone the way they have treated my husband and I onseveral occasions now. They really need a lesson in customer service skills on a major level!!! WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOUWOULDN?T HAVE A FAST ENVIRONMENT TO WORK IN!!! You might want to start treating your customers better! Love these guys. They're my Jimmy John's Work Edition shop and I appreciate that they get my order done fast and right. Never... had a problem with an order despite being overly specific with my sandwiches. They're also very nice and helpful when I've hadapp problems (IE, rewards not redeeming). Read more
This location is always very clean, has kindest staff, and makes the best sandwiches. I 100% diasagree with the previous review.... I've had that same girl take my orders before and she's always been very sweet and welcoming. That table is usually not used atnight, no food is prepared on them. This location doesn't deserve a bad wrap like that, nor does that worker. Be kinder, longshifts on your feet can be tough! Read more
