The 1 star is purely because I liked my sandwich. Your employee Oliva was extremely rude and was clearly inconvenienced by my... boyfriend and I coming to grab food 30mins before closing. If you're going to allow people to walk in until 9pm (a.k.a yourstore's closing time) then it shouldn't be customers are experiencing unnecessary attitudes. DONT WORK IN FOOD SERVICE IF YOUCLEARLY DONT LIKE WORKING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ??????? Read more

We loved coming to this Jersey Mike's and we always spend our money in Oswego first. Try to keep the money in the area I... live. As of late though it seems like the sandwiches are a little bit on the weak side. Something is different, I really thinkthere's less meat and it seems like the bread might be different. I will continue to support this Jersey Mike's, but I'm hopingthings will get back to normal soon. Read more
My brother and his family love this place. I go there when they want to go there (or invite me over) and I always like the food.... My brother and I always get the #13 (the original Italian) oof! I go 1-3 times a week because of how great of a job they do at this location. The prices are fair, the people are fantastic, and... the food is delicious. I originally was not very pleased with this location, but once Ryan took over I stopped going to theircompetition all together. He, and the rest of the team there, have improved the quality of the entire experience so much thatthey have solidified a permanent consumer with me. Read more
