Sept 2022, this place has great coffee and scones. When you walk into the place they are playing music off of vinyl records... which is nice to see and hear, plus the staff are friendly. The back room is bright and airy with seating, not dull and dark. Also if you can sit outside on the tiny deck in the back that has only a few chairs. Honestly, I love coming here, better thangoing to a chain store like Starbucks, plus we should all support the local businesses in Ossining. Read more

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff, the service was very quick. I got a chocolate croissant and an Americano, the croissant... was extremely flaky on the outside and very soft and buttery on the interior. The Americano was perfectly bitter with a goodaroma. Only things that bothered me was the croissant was a bit too flaky and there were no napkins in the seating area in theback. Read more
As soon I walked through the front door of this mom and pop cafe, I felt a good vibe. There was a row of... environmental-friendly, hipster-types waiting on line to give their coffee orders. The front half of this cafe had a few tablesset up showcasing wares for sale made by local artisans. This showed me that it cares about the economic growth of it'scustomers. This place gets it and understands that in order to thrive as a coffee shop, they must support the local community. I ordered a small hot coffee and a cinnamon scone. The coffee was high-quality and strong, but not Starbucks strong. Thecinnamon scone was not too cinnamony or dry and made with just the right amount of flavor and moisture if I had to enjoy itwithout a hot beverage. There was cafe-style seating in the back, which looked inviting. It looked like the kind of place thata writer like me can disappear at and type on my laptop a Google review about all the great things that this cafe had. And justmaybe others will read this review and support this business. Who knows? Read more
