Reviews for Reuan Thai Restaurant in Osseo, MN
Ordered a Drunken noodle dish. #58 No meat. Veg, spicy. What I got was Noodles with chicken. The restaurant was too far away... to take back. Called them and told the dish will be disposed off and the CC charge was being reversed. Read more
My favorite place for Thai/Lao food! Tastes homemade and similar to my mom?s and grandma?s cooking! My family gets their food... catered from here too when we have big family events! If you?re looking for authentic Thai/Lao food then I definitely recommendhere! Read more
This place has delicious food! Its usually pretty good, and we don't have any problems. The only downside is that the prices... keep going up and our meal is getting pretty spendy. We used to come here a lot, but we can't afford to get food here as oftenas we used to. Read more
Bait and switch on pricing. Called in to order carry-out for what their online menu said would be $19.50 worth of food. They... don?t do any kind of delivery, it?s dine-in or takeout only. When we went to pick up the food the total was almost $29.00 - 33%higher than advertised. Food is ok, but not happy with the misdirected prices. It?s like they cancelled Door Dash but kept theDoor Dash fees for me having to pick it up myself. Honestly too expensive for what it is along with the self-servicerequirement. Doubt we?ll be returning. *Edit* Owner responded and said their current pricing is all on their website - which iswhere I got the menu and pricing originally. Our order was for Sri Raja Fried Rice (beef) for $8.85 and Shrimp Pad Thai for$10.90. We were charged $28.75. Maybe it wad a mistake? Read more
Food is delicious, one of the best tasting Thai places nearby. Highly recommend the pad see ew and pad thai! Can be really spicy... depending on who?s cooking. Read more
Surprisingly great. I got the rad na and Thai sausage. Rad na was good, nothing mind blowing. The Thai sausage on the other... hand... I was super excited to try it because I've never see a sausage item in a Thai restaurant before. It did not disappoint. In addition, it was sweet! A pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and patient while I methodically looked through the menu. They were very helpful with suggestions. Asked everything I liked, asked if had dietary restrictions and stuff. Food came outpiping hot and quick. My only issue is with the menus pasted to the wall. They're not in any specific order. Numbering iscompletely random. Some only have pictures, others only have desciptions. It drives me nuts lol. But that doesn't take away fromtheir good food and service. Read more
Buyer beware. I?ve been a happy customer for years. I live right across the street and mostly always have had a decent... experience with this restaurant. Until my most recent visit. We ordered take out for my daughters birthday and my Mongolian beefconsisted of onions with literally 7 thin slices of beef with 1 pepper chunk I?m a very poor packaged container. I called andthey said I?d have to return with the food to show them their own mistake. I was reluctant about it but decided to go back as Iwas also missing a container of rice and some of our cream cheese won tons were just fried won ton wrappers with no cream cheeseat all. When I went to being the food back which was just in poor customer service the liquid leaked out of the container allover my car. They offered nothing but over the phone to make it right. They refused to do anything without my return to therestaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant, it has gone downhill in the past couple years. Read more
I got an order of chicken pad thai and an order of egg rolls. Overall the food wast tasty, it was cooked well and had some... flavor. The issue I have is with the portions. It was about 1/2 the amount of pad thai I would get at sawatdee or most otherthai restaurants. Also the egg rolls were satisfactory, but surprisingly small and slender. If I would have ordered Sawatdeein Maple Grove I'd have received twice as much food overall with just as much flavor and 3x the chicken. The dish had 5smallish pieces of chicken, so I guess it was appropriate considering the small portion of pad thai. Maybe other things come inlarger portions, but it was a bit like ordering a large pizza and then realizing their large is 12 inches not 16. Read more
