I am saddened to give this such a low rate, it's always been high quality. But the last few times i am have been here, the... quality has been low. The boba tea is frothy thick, no flavor and the lack of boba(still getting charged). Originally i askedfor a Taro tea, very little ice. Fast forward, When i asked to remake this, the lady at the front put me on the spot infront ofeveryone , and pretty much saying she did no wrong and how dare i ask any questions. She said because i had very little ice ,that's the reason why the tea is the way it is........okay. The ice doesn't change the consistency. Not buying that, i knowwhat HIGh quality boba tea is. Unless the owner himself is making my tea, that will be the only reason why i will be going back. Read more
