Wanted to eat. Asked how many people - I said 4. Waitress left to check. Never came back. Lots of empty tables. Ten minutes... later finally other Guy came and told us at least 20 mins for food. Left. They were our last choice to begin with as sage puband 97a are far superior pizzas just already closed for the night. Read more
Great service friendly staff! Every time we come to Osoyoos we stop here, this time we had to have it twice! It's the one must... do on our list when visiting. We absolutely love the food and have tried the pasta, pizza and salads. All are great ???? Read more

We've only ever had takeout and delivery from this establishment! The pizza is great! It's the closest to "Windsor style pizza"... you will find in Osoyoos! Delivery is quick. The employees are kind and funny. Pricing reflects inflation. Read more

Not the best pizza photos I know, but we could not help ourselves when it came to digging into this delicious pizza pie! Hot,... crispy thin crust and loaded with delicious toppings delivered to our site at Nk?Mip RV Resort! This was our second timeordering from Pizza Factory during our stay in Osoyoos. First night when we arrived we were too tired to cook or travel anywhereso we googled and took a chance on this place. Dude who answered the phone was hugely friendly but regrettably had to tell methat they were out of thin crust which is normally the only crust we will eat. Took a chance and ordered the BBQ Chicken andChorizo Pizzas and they did not disappoint. Chorizo pizza could have had a little more chorizo on it?seemed like most slicesonly had one piece on each and the others had two. Didn?t bother us really as the pizzas were huge and packed with toppings. TheBBQ Chicken pizza didn?t have an inch on it without a topping of some sort?bbq sauce, chicken, tons of pineapple etc. Tonight weweren?t expecting to order pizza again but everything in Osoyoos on Friday seemed to close at 730pm ???????? but whatever. Weended up ordering the Deluxe Hawaiian on thin crust this time! Yaaaay! It was delicious ???? Again, loaded with toppings and HOTwhen it arrived.
