Jimmy John's is always good. Yum.
I frequent this particular James Johnathan location not only for the delicious meat and bread creations, but for the jovial... banter or impromptu karaoke sessions I have with the staff. Sure, you can conserve a few calories and donate your lunch hour tothe greedy, slobbering corporation who employs you. But I suggest you step outside, feel the sun on your face, get in your carand breathe the fresh air with your windows down. Do all that on your way to Jimmy John's in Oskaloosa. Talk to the staff andhave a laugh. Eat a delicious meal, then go to a gas station for a Pepsi because they don't have it there. If you don't feelbetter after that experience, go home and yell at your husband, it's probably his fault. Read more
I really like Jimmy John's over Subway. Subway bread has a certain flavor and Jimmy John's has another kind of flavor. Jimmy... John's make their sandwiches really fresh and really fast and when they say it's freaky fast they mean it. The Oskaloosa JJ hasa drive up and inside tables. Very friendly staff and clean. The sandwich is a little more expensive than Subway but superioringredients. My favorite! Read more
I love our Jimmy John's. Our road has been closed for a few months now and we have had our delivery driver go above and beyond... to get our order to us every time (we order at least once a week). I placed an order for delivery over an hour in advance. My time came and went. I called to see what was going on ans instead of... great customer service, the phone got passed around until a manager picked up. She was rude and said my apt doesn't exist.Really?? I live here! No one has ever had an issue finding my apt and its not difficult. I was waiting outside for it and no onedrove by. Then she said they would be on their way. 20 minutes later I call again and said to forget it I want a refund. Theguy on the phone didn't know what to even say excep "shes probably delivering other orders"...I placed an order for it to bedelivered 30 mins prior and you're gonna tell me she's delivering other orders first?! Terrible customer service. I've been amanager before and I know that your employees attitudes are a reflection of the managers training and attitude. They really needhelp over there. Read more

Always excellent sandwiches and I've tried several of them. Prices are a little higher for delivery than when you pick up or eat... there but not outrageously so. Sometimes they are slow on delivery but it's usually worth the wait. Read more
