I order regularly and have for the past couple years. Staff are all very friendly, even when you can tell they are swamped.... There was a brief period where I end up with the wrong drink twice in a week.. but generally things are great. Plus they arealways willing to make it right! Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous.. like writing an essay about disliking theremodel.. or expecting a place to break a hundred for your $6 drink. (Many places don't allow large bills to be kept inregisters in case of robbery.) Or thinking that staring at the baristas from the mobile order pickup counter entitles you tointerrupting what they're doing. Don't use inexpensive items to break a hundred, use a bank. Go up to the ordering counter ifyou need something! Yikes. Read more
Really nice branch of Starbucks, always the best music playing overhead and good lighting from the sun and space to sit and... study while looking outside. Always great coffee too. Read more
I find the work ethic of the employees at this Starbucks to be fabulous!!! Service is always completed with a pleasant attitude... and a smile on their faces. We all know keeping a professional and positive attitude can be hard, when customers are demandingand feel they are right all the time. Proud of all of them. Thank Starbucks team for all you do?? I've done both dine in and take out. My experience with both has been bad. I was curious if anyone else also had bad... experiences. I do mobile ordering so it's easier for me to order exactly what I want. The first time my drink was made good. Buthad to much ice. I'm not picky but the first time I ordered I did mobile and went in. I saw my drink was already at the counter.There was no ordering line just people waiting for there orders. I said excuse me. No one answered me. I stood for a while. Thensomeone from the drive thru window came up to me asking what I needed. I said this is my order and asked if I needed to confirmit was me or anything. She had a snippy attitude with me and said no you can just take it and go. The second order I made therewas almost no strawberry in it when I order two scoops and the woman at the window interrupted me to let me know I needed towait at the order window to tell her why I was there. There was no one there. Because she interrupted .me she didn't get myorder name. I have never had this problem at ANY of the other Starbucks and the ladies are very nice to me at the other ones. SoI will now drive to the other side of town everytime I want a drink. I recommend not coming here if you want customers alwaysright cause they are not nice to there customers. The design of the interior is a beautiful old style modern coffee house, the atmosphere is so peaceful and the music is perfect.... Hard to believe that I have never been to specific Starbucks, it is lovely here. Read more
I made a mobile order for drive thru pick up this morning. I had the best experience! The barista on the speaker greeted me and... asked how I was doing. Then she asked me if I would like a question of the day. It was so fun and engaging and a great way tostart my morning. Thanks, Izzy! You're awesome! Also, my coffee was great too. :) Read more
My drink was the best of all the Starbucks in the area! I came to this one specifically for this reason!
