Very good custard, but I was not pleased with the staff. They didn?t greet us, thank us, nor did they make us feel welcomed.... They talked amongst themselves behind the counter while at least four tables were sticky and visibly dirty. Not a very welcomingexperience, unfortunately. Read more

Food is decent, but $10 for a pretty small sandwich, sides an extra $3-$5 extra, drinks $2 on top of that? Not coming here for... my lunch break ever again, sounds like a perfect way to break the bank for average-at-best food. Read more

I do not recommend Rhapsodies at all. We went there for dinner and dessert. Their customer service was terrible? they were out... of several items, and didn?t bother to tell us until long after we ordered. Then we waited a very long time for our food. It saton a tray on the back counter for a good ten minutes or so, basically being ignored, until one of the employees barked at one ofthe other employees to bring the tray out to us. The place appeared to be run by a bunch of teenagers, who were veryunprofessional and disorganized. On the flip side, ice cream orders were being filled much more quickly.
