Don?t even bother trying to order a jelly donut after 9 am, because everyday they are out of them by that time and are too lazy... to take more out of the freezer. A little planning would go a long way at this location but obviously nothing is thought outahead of time. A business shouldn?t be running out of a popular menu item by 9 am when they are open for 12 more hours. It?sridiculous. I have heard about lots of people getting frustrated by this as well.Also, the employees do nothing but stand thereand talk while there?s a drive through line a mile long. I ordered 2 boxes of Joe to go and 2 dozen assorted donuts over the phone 24 hrs before. I needed to pick them up at 9am the... next day. Got there no on knew anything about my order. Had to wait for them to brew the coffee and ended up with 2 dozenfrosted cake donuts with sprinkles. Not impressed was late for 10 meeting I was going to. Went inside to order since the drive thru was long. Should have just stayed in the car. Wasn't even acknowledged until I was... standing there contemplating just leaving, I should have listened to myself. Order gets taken, two coffees, one black. Had towait 15 minutes for that. Completely unacceptable for such an easy order. Also, the coffee isn't even good, it's bitter andtastes off. Read more
Went in to avoid a long drive thru line and was deeply disappointed in the service! As I'm ordering another customer came in and... distracted the staff, causing my order to be wrong. Apparently if you want good service at this location you need to know"Cody." I won't be back! Read more

Dunkin' Donuts really does make quality products, I ordered 2 dozen custom made Fourth of July frosted donut rings for my... coworkers at both my jobs and they were phenomenal and I don't just mean in taste, they managed to retain their shape andfrosting quality as I traveled on the road and I have to ride around on a moped. I am not sure what happened to this place, but it's awful. No one ever seems to know what is going on but I did give the serive... 2 stars because they're not rude at least. I haven't gotten food from here but I have gotten their coffee and the last few timesI have gotten coffee or anything else to drink, to say it was awful would be an understatement.
