Not the best ice cream, but great milkshakes.
Terrible place. Cone was stale. The young man didn't listen. Asked for a small wafer cone with Carmel ice cream and one with... sherbert. He put a both scoops on 1 cone and then in tge end still charged my mom for both scoops. Also the choices it showsonline for ice cream were not tgere. They had very little selection. Not a fan of this place. They cost is horrible for what youget. Read more
Been in twice for ice cream first time no cones...this time got a banana split...no other toppings than hot fudge and whip... cream. U can simply go to the store and get choc. Syrup or strawberries. Other places do it. Was very disappointing. The onesfor my kids were broken at the tip. So quality control is non existent. Read more
We stood there for 15 minutes, the only customers in the store. We were ignored and two people who frequented walked in and got... helped. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I am a customer service expert and I train customer service. Theyare in need of some serious training. After waiting a little longer, we left without being helped or acknowledged. Read more
Even if you're not going into buy anything, the smell of fresh donuts and fantastic coffee paired with the sight of happy... employees is is plenty reason to go back again and again, I know I do. I always stop in just to say hi and combine ice creamflavors. By the way, always combine watermelon swirl sorbet with lemon custard followed by ice daiquiri and their new mangoflavored ice cream. And a maple frosted donut doesn't hurt either. Read more
Had the worst experience at Baskin Robbins. None of the labels were correct and the ice cream was freezer burnt. Being pregnant... I?m super upset and threw the ice cream away. Read more
Combining Baskin Robbins Carmel Macchiato Ice Cream into a Dunkin Donuts Carmel Macchiato Frappuccino was to die for! Coffee... Icecream in drink form! Also if your hungry for a tasty breakfast on the go try what I tried or any of the many sandwiches theyhave; bacon breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread.
