Need more order perfection. I ordered on the drive through a wrap no tomato and no cucumber, when I got the food and tried to... eat the vegetables still was in the wrap. I had to throw it in the garbage. I am allergic to tomato. Read more
A nice place to have breakfast and coffee , quite and comfortable, I always prefer to go at this location as it is new and well... upgraded I wonder why they are no more serving whole wheat bun, I am a diabetic and preferred to have it with egg cheese andhash browns, but they have stopped and there head office has no answer for it !!!! This is the cleanest and best maintained Tim Hortons that I've been to, in the entire Durham region. The staff were all in good... spirits and functioning as a team, the coffee was on point, and no one was doing nothing. Plus my hyper, Autistic 3 year old sonwasn't triggered. Very calm atmosphere. So I ordered extra large white chocolate and this is what I got from them. The drive thru service is so disappointing every time... I come here. No proper management and training given to these staffs. This so sad ???? Read more
this place needs to just fully restaff they got my entire order wrong. wrong sandwhich, asked for a lemonade they gave me iced... tea, asked for a steak and egg sandwhich n got a bacon and egg. very slow service as well. never going back to this location. Read more
I'll remember never to waste my money at any Tim's again lol my bad! this is the first time I went in literal months yet they... can't even get an order of 6 donuts correctly. Since when does "chocolate glazed" mean a plain donut with chocolate icing?That's a "chocolate dip," in case your employees who work inside the tim Hortons don't understand that or cannot read?"Chocolate glazed" has ALWAYS meant the exact same thing at Tims, a chocolate donut with glaze on it. I highly recommend grabbing your morning tea, coffee, donut, or breakfast sandwich at this (one of four) Tim Hortons located at... the Taunton and Harmomy plazas. They have speedy drive thru and front counter service! As well as a fully stocked deliciouslooking showcase of pastries. All staff have been wearing gloves and masks all pandemic and the in dining is closed to combatspread. Very impressive store and standards! Read more
