Reasonably fast serve, depending on the line. Servers are accommodating to requests for extras: napkins, condiments. Food as... expected for the chain. 2 whoppers deal is still best in fast food genre. Read more

The person that helped us was very helpful and nice. Ensured we got everything right. The drinks were spot on but we asked for... no cheese on one of the sandwiches and it had cheese on it. Read more

I frequently come to this Tim Hortons because it is the only one near my workplace and every time the staff is rude when taking... orders. I ordered a plant based sandwich wrap today and paid for it, then around 5 minutes after waiting they told me theydidn?t have some of the ingredients and instead gave me a wrap with a lot of eggs and lettuce. I paid $8 for it. They didn?toffer to give me something to compensate for the difference in what I was receiving compared to what I paid for. Read more

Most rude lady I have ever talked to in my entire life. I watch down to Tim Hortons after my 4 year old baby was admitted to the... hospital with his mom and the staff forgot to give her dinner or breakfast so they advised me I could do down stairs andprobably get her a bagel. Upon walking up to.l the counter an older lady begimd the counter in her 50s says do you work here..when I proceeded to tell her the issues all she tells me is that's not my problem and I can't help you and they shouldn't besending you down here anyways and starts pointing at a sign posted above the till stating they don't serve the public... whenit's a patient in your hospital is it the public? And to top ot all of right after that she make a noise as in disgust that Ieven asked her and she walked away when I mentioned there is no reason to be rude and she smiles back... not s very good way totreat a patient or anyone at all as far as I'm concerned. I feel like any lady that treats anyone like that in a hospital shouldnot work in a hospital environment. Upon reading reviews it sounds like this is not the first time someone had been treated veryrudely by the staff and I feel like this issue should be addressed Read more

I wanted to claim my free coffee today as part of the "roll up the rim" and was told that it was expired!!! This happened last... year to me later on in June and I was told it expires end of May, so this year I knew i had to claim them in May and was veryfrustrated today when I was told that it ended on May 3rd! It makes NO sense when you don't advertise the actual Exp date!! Sohow am I supposed to know?! You should print the Exp dates on the cups like any other receipt for merchandise! How fair is thisto me as a customer that I just have to find this info from the cashier after staying in line for 15 minutes in the morning! Asa result of this MISCOMMUNICATION I have 8 unclaimed wins from last year, and 4 from this year! This is EXTREMELY unfair tocustomers and basically MISLEADING the public. YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE THE EXP DATE TO PUBLIC, instead of hiding all these infoto yourself and just one day stop accepting the claims! I talked to the manager at the branch and was told, she had no controlsince the rules are central by Tim Hortons...Can someone please advise! Read more
