Omg, I fel in love. CRUELER donut and coffee was my choice. I didn't like their sandwiches

THE WORST TIMS EVER. 9$ for grain bowl on dash, I get it.. nothing is in my bowl. Coffee today, 1 cream 2 sugar.. it's ice cold... and white.. every single night they tur off the espresso machine at 6pm and it doesn't come back on ever. How many drinks haveto use that? I've ordered so many times from here and I don't know why I don't just wait for another Tim Hortons to pop up lol. This timmies... has messed up our order EVERY. Single. Time. We order. I get if the person making it is having an off day, we all have those andthat's acceptable, but when your employees are actually just straight up incompetent, it's time for them to start getting rid ofthe useless ones. This is a picture of the new dream donut that I received in drive thru. There's hardly any power sugar, they used the chocolate... fondant that they use on the boston cream donut instead of the chocolate sauce that is supposed to come on it. There's also apicture of some donuts I got in a half dozen donut box. I don't even know what is going on with the Boston cream... and all theother donuts are sloppy as well. They need to fire the Baker because I've never been to a Tim's with such ugly donuts. Read more
Employees there are very careless, I was waiting for an uber eats delivery and the guy there told his colleague that they ran... out of 3 cheese bagel, the other guy told him then use anything else, I am not gonna call the customer and tell him. Waitedthere for more than 20 minutes for the order to be done, not to mention the empty, unclean (things at the bottom) display withas shown in the picture. Read more
