They ask staff members to fill out reviews and customer surveys to drown out the negative reviews being made. Mould has been... found IN THE FOOD. Day old product has been sold as fresh. Gloves are rarely worn as staff is limited to access of gloves andcleaning cloths.(they are locked in an office and not accessible after 4pm) they treat their employees like numbers which isprobably why you rarely see people stay. Sep 19 around 3pm. I asked them for black team with two sugar. She said double double ? I am like, nop a tea with two sugar no... creame no sugar, In the drive through I confirmed and they said yes its two sugar. /* But they missed to add sugar */ I shouldhave tasted it before I drove, awaited to cool off the tea a bit. Walked in and ordered a coffee and toasted bagel. It was not busy but I had to wait about 10 minutes or more for my order. When... I finally got the bagel it was cold and there was enough butter on it for at least 5 bagels. It was disgusting. Will not beback!!! Read more
Bloor street Tim Hortons always rushes you once you get up to the window to pay and get your order. I have had 1 person taking... my money,another person giving me change back (that they already had ready) and a third person giving me my food. I feel as if Ishould throw my money through their window grab my food and fly out of there LOL I feel SO rushed every time. Read more
Clean, service was quick & was not busy when I went so I could find a seat.
This tims has improved alot I can tell they read our comments and take it to heart and do there best.. Alot of great workers in... there and they seem to be a good team together.. There line ups have gotten faster under a min and im out the door coffee inhand. They are as friendly as family in there!! Love all you guys you make my mornings brighter ? Read more
I?m not one to complain but I?m super disappointed in my local Tim Hortons at 560 King Street East, Oshawa ON? just before 10pm... on Dec 9th, I ordered at the drive thru a Large Cappuccino with whipped topping. I drove home and when I went to enjoy my drinkI realized it felt quite light?opened it up to see my cup just a tiny bit over half full. I have no idea why the staff thoughtthis was ok to serve to me?if something was wrong with machine/milk frother where my cup couldn?t have been filled, then Ishould have been told?.I paid $5.20 total for half a large drink.
