Ordered 2 festive specials online for delivery, did not receive either of the $10 vouchers or chocolates it was supposed to come... with. After talking with customer service for 30 minutes the best they could do is $15 voucher. They put us through to thelocation we ordered from and they did not answer multiple attempts. I have been going to this place for years and always found the food good . I usually eat in but today I did take out and it was... awful. I ordered the festive special with dark meat. The leg skin was rubbery and the leg was pink. The fries were cold andawful, they had some taste to them that I can't describe and dunking them in the sauce didn't help.I couldn't eat them. Thedressing was mushy. I went there around 2 pm so I think I got someones left overs. A shame because I always enjoyed SwissChalet. Today has turned me off. I don't think I'll ever eat it again. As this is the closest location we get take out from here a couple times a year. We used to order from here more frequently... except they consistently mess up our order. Most recently they forgot to both the chicken (that I paid extra for) and the sauceto a poutine. Last time they gave us a 1/4 chicken meal instead of a crispy sandwich. Also, still bummed they removed myfavorite meal from the menu. We get Swiss Chalet a lot less now. Read more

The delivery was fairly quick. The 6 ounce Roast Beef dinner - The beef had at least 2 ounces of fat that I had to trim before I... ate it and the medley of garden veggies - broccoli and cauliflower, were not even aldente, they were not cooked at all. Will notbe ordering this again, ever. Read more

Arrived for supper on Sunday evening. 4/5 ordered fries, they arrived cold. The chicken was good, the children's cheese pizza,... chicken fingers & wings were good. Service was terrible, extremely slow, restuarant only had a few tables with patrons, had tore ask for items, she was chatting away with one lone occupant while the children were waiting for dessert, icecream melting asit arrived. I had to go in back and ask if the dessert was coming as our waitress was m.i.a. Very disappointing Read more

My wife and I ate at the Swiss Chalet in Oshawa Ontario, on Laval St., on Monday Aug. 15 2022 at 12:20 pm. My wife had the ribs... and I had had the Hot Chicken Sandwich. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. I would recommend this restaurantto anyone. Read more

Awful! Delivery took a hour and half- And and kids meal pizza was/tasted like a microwave McCain pizza, and the food was all ... just thrown into the containers?. Cheese all over the sauce container, and cold fries. Very unfortunate. Edit: I was contactedand apologized to. It?s unfortunate the meal came like this because otherwise there wouldn?t of been a issue Read more
