The food was absolutely delicious! Service was pleasant and there was definitely team effort, I appreciated other servers... helping when we needed items. I was surprised that our server didn't take dishes or glasses away when we were finished and Ihad to put them on another table to tidy it up(plus the dishes I stacked and cups on the other table weren't taken away until wewere leaving)...perhaps this is a new covid thing but it comes off as laziness or trying to get our group out to me, consideringthey were just standing behind the cash waiting and shooting the sh*t. Went on a weekday and they weren't too busy. Service was excellent and the food came quickly. Home fries were a little oily,... but otherwise the food was great. Coffee cups are tiny, so needed a lot of refills, but unlimited refills are included. Verygood breakfast specials. Read more
This location of Sunset Grill has been my go to since it opened. Friendly staff, timely delivery of food, and well prepared... delicious meals! The owner, Niro, even takes time to come talk to all of the customers. Would rate it as one of the bestbreakfast spots around Oshawa! Read more

Stone in wife's hash browns. She chipped her tooth as a result. Would leave a 0 star if possible. The owners didn't even offer a... refund for her meal let alone offer to cover the dental bill caused by their negligence. Definitely avoid this place or chewcarefully! Read more
This is one of the best breakfast places I?ve ever been to, I really mean ever. Top service from the owner himself(Niro), he... really took the initiative to serve me himself and ensure the food was exactly what I wanted, the kitchen made the food to myrecommendations, and might I tell you about the dining area itself. First time trying out Sunset Grill for breakfast and the experience was exceptional! Our waiter was very efficient and... persistent, from re-filling our coffee consistently, to making sure we had everything we need? she was amazing! Adding on, foodwas just as amazing, wait time only took about 10-12 minutes for 2 people. Everything was fresh, hot and tasted delicious! Thecheesecake French toast was my favourite, I highly recommend for a sweet craving! Overall, the owner & staffs hospitality madeus feel very comfortable and welcomed, we will for-sure be coming here more often! Read more
