Very friendly staff. went there just before closing time. there were few online orders pending but staff there kept their calm... and made my sandwich to perfection as I wanted. being Vegetarian I asked them to use clean knife and changed gloves. they did itpromptly without hesitation so sought out to folks working there. Was really craving a subway sub for a while and was disappointed that they decided not to give me the full scoop of protein for... my sandwich. Guy filled it about 3/4 and called it good. If you eat here might want to remind them to give you the full servingyour paying for. Read more
Love this location. Given the pandemic I am very cautious of where I go if I ever get takeout. This place has become my go-to... spot because of how safe, clean, and professional the staff are. One girl in particular (starts with a J, can't remember it forthe life of me) is always washing her hands, always wiping down surfaces, and changes her gloves all the time. Exactly what Ilike to see during this pandemic, and is why I give this place my business. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
I?m not usually one to complain. I work in customer service so I know it can be tough but this Subway needs some help. I don?t... know who sets the prices for this store but they?re higher than most other Subways in the area and that wouldn?t bother me somuch but all their employees are super stingy with quantity. Today I bought the new chicken Cesar wrap which is suppose to comewith double chicken. I barely got one scoop. At the cash register the girl noticed it wasn?t enough and told the other employeethey had to add more. Instead of adding more she said, ?well I already made it?. When I asked if it had been made correctly theyboth lied and said that it had been. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a bad experience at this location. The staff alwaysappear to be depressed and they?re unfriendly. They don?t make the sandwiches right and clearly don?t know the correctrecipes. Anyways, hopefully the store owner sees these reviews. Poor service but same subs. Servers seemed numb making sure you knew they loathed their repetitive jobs. The sweeper kept... smashing the metal chairs into the tables while she swept the garbage onto our feet while we ordered at the counter. Poorexperience compared to other fine Subway stores. Read more
