Disgusting what kind of subway serves rotten avocado, never eating here again Stay away
Patricia did a great job today getting me my sub and was attentive and helpful. She was also getting rudely spoke to by a... customer and took it with ease. She was polite to the customer and did a great just job. I, myself would never act like that andI want to make it known her professionalism is outstanding and deserves to be recognized. Great job to whoever hired her and letit be known there may be some mean customers but there are also good ones who see what your doing and I?m impressed by thislocation. Although there were some glitches involved with the ordering process, the issue was resolved in a positive way. Thanks to My... server .She was fabulous! She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She contacted me and made several phone calls back andforth between store location and myself. Impressive. She was happy, apologetic and determined to make it right. And she did makeit right. Delighted with her dedication to excellent customer service. Very very poor service by the girls who worked over there. I ordered foot long veggie patty. She found frozen patty from the... freezer. Did not warm it before putting it on the bread. I asked toasted with white cheese. She put only bread and cheese andforgot to put patty on the sub because she was busy with other customer wok ordered beacon sub. She didn?t even remove hergloves before getting my sub from the oven. Really disrespectful and bogus service I got there. And sub was super frozen. Ifthis is the service person get after spending $10. Then there?s end of subway. Read more
Horrible service. I asked for just a cup of water and the lady said she had to charge me $3.00 for a pop? I just wanted water so... why am I being charged for a pop? I also work at Subway and I know that tap water is always free for customers? Cheap. Read more
