I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to here. I had done a mobile order and asked for a toasted sub which I also confirmed on... the receipt and it was not toasted. The worst part though was that I got an upset stomach very shortly after eating here and Ihad nothing else in the day so it could not be anything else. This location is very close to my home but I'll never eat hereagain. Edit: figured I'd give it a second chance and got an upset stomach again. Super fail. Read more
This is my regular place that I always go, Staff member (especially Apeksha) is very polite. She is so kind, helpful and... friendly too. Services are so fast. Never have had a single problem when I order from them. The quality of food Always the best. Read more
I wish I had taken the name of the person serving my mother and I, but the server, was amazing! I hadn't gone to this location... in years, but the experience was very good. The server today, not only was diligently fast, but they also recognized from my"veggie" order, that I was vegetarian, and offered to switch gloves to not cross-contaminate, in which they did. I don't thinkI've ever have had that anywhere. Very impressed! Read more
On tuesday December 28, I went into the store to be met with a scene of an Indian male store employee yelling at a young man... about how his order is wrong and all the young man was saying was that he didn't order what was served to him. The employee keptyelling and being extremely rude and telling off customers that I finally stepped in and told him off and said I am never eatinghere ever again. Do not go here. Read more
I went to store to Saturday August 26th 7.25pm, when I start ordering my food, there is an Indian guy helping me. He is giving... me so much attitude. Also he throw my food to the table, when I ask something scream at me. Very rude. When I ask something hesaying i don't know. Also he is phone other side with the head set. very disappointed. Didn't buy my food from this store andhave to drive to another store. Never go back. This stupid staff need to learn more customer service. Read more
Terrible. Staff working counter were nice however app would not calculate advertised deal of 3 for $24. The staff behind the... counter tried on her personal phone also, and it would not work. They called the owner who said too bad and would not honour theadvertised deal after wasting 25 minutes of my time. I can?t imagine how anyone who owns a business could allow a customer towalk out the door after wasting 25 minutes of their weekend trying to spend money. I?ll never be back, terrible businesspractice! I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere... lots of businesses need customers... especially right now. Goodriddance. Read more

Just ordered a sub. I noticed the toppings were less than most places. Something in the sub (not sure what) had a strong Tuna... taste. Really spoiled the taste of the BMT sub. Read more
