Ordered ahead on mobile & I came in during the estimated time it says it will be ready (which is 10mins). Mind you the store is... nice and peaceful, not busy at all. The couple that I walked in with gets their drink first and when I asked about my order, shegave me attitude. I waited 15-20mins as if I?m waiting for pizza. My 2 drinks came out watery, with half of the drinks filledwith ice when I ordered light ice so I had to come back in. They made it the same way the second time and at this point I wasn?tgoing back in. Never coming here again. Oshawa Centre does it best even when it?s busy. Read more

Wonderful service! Our cashier Rochelle was amazing. It was not busy there so we had a nice chat with her while our food and... drinks were being prepared. She was so friendly it was like chatting with someone you?ve know for years. Definitely one of thebest Starbucks experiences I have ever had. Read more
Unfortunately the only time I have a good experience with this location is when I walk in. When ordering from UberEats however... it is an entirely different situation. Delivery orders usually come missing items, drinks missing elements like sweetener or thecorrect type of milk or even half filled cups. Today was the last order I will be placing with this location. My Grande MatchaLatte was half filled, had no sweetener, wasn?t made correctly and had chunks of Matcha floating throughout. Very disappointingfor a $6.00 drink. The best location is the one at Wilson and Taunton as they rarely screw up orders and are the friendliestbunch. Read more

One of my favorite Starbucks stores to grab my hazelnut americano with a splash of oatmilk. The team is always pleasant,... courteous and quick to deliver. I also love that they have the coffee grounds we can take home for our gardening needs. Read more
