Go to another location. They don't understand English, I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine and they gave me a bowl of chicken... nuggets. I then return to the pizza pizza and tell them I ordered the popcorn chicken poutine and they forgot the poutineaspect. They remake my meal and you wouldn't of guessed it. I got another bowl of nuggets. It wasted 45 mins of my day waitingfor it, driving home coming back, waiting for it again, checking in store and showing them its wrong again and waiting again. Pretty big store, good variety of pizza slices and pop. Spotless inside, friendly staff and quick service.
I brought a free Pizza Slice coupon and they did not accept it because apparently 5 people already used the same coupon(score a... slice) even though the code is the same for everyone. Terrible customer service. In another location they accepted the coupon.The coupon says you can use in any store in the GTA and it says no limit on how many people can use the same coupon in thestore. They also got angry. Absolutely un real this place sucks clearly asked for double pepperoni and instead they gave me double cheese. UPDATED REVIEW: Ordered again from this location tonight and the pizza was disgusting. I ordered regular crust, I recieved thin... crust and well done to the point it was burnt. I can hardly taste the sauce. It tastes like cardboard with cheese. I live toofar to go back to complain but I will post pics of what I received. Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars....sodisappointed. This location is our go to for several years whenever my kids feel like having pizza pizza. I have NEVER had abad experience here so I don't get all the negative reviews. The food is always tasty, fresh and hot. The service has alwaysbeen friendly and professional and the prices are always reasonable. Would definitely recommend this location. Read more
Worst experience of Pizza of my life. They put too little toppings. Pizza was thin crust, but i ordered for regular. Whenever i... pick slice, my pizza got bend. I believe they just want to charge customer and doesn't want to give anything in return. I askedfor cover edges (means topping should touch edges as well), but they put toppings only at the center. I ordered pizza withtoppings not just bread. I am really disappointed and doesn't recommend to order specially from this location. Read more
I ordered thick crust and got thin crust. A legitimate super thin crust. This isnt the first time it happened either. It seems... that they intentionally reduce the crust size to stretch their dough farther. Always check the pizza before you leave and makesure its what you ordered. That is, if you order here. I wont be coming back. Read more
