I've only worked at this place for just one month but I know this place very well! They have the cleanest kitchen ever!.... Believe me , i've worked at another pizza nova but haven't seen toppings so fresh and the attention they give to each and everypizza. They treat everyone with respect and provide the best possible pizza.They clean their kitchen so often that you mightfeel they opened the store a week ago(I had to clean the kitchen so many times a day though :/ ???? ). This is my go to spot for pizza! I call ahead or order online and pay upon pick up. I love the 2 for 19.99 special. Their... ingredients are fresh and you can actually see the ingredients at the top and takes the flavors. UNLIKE some other pizza storesthat skimp on their ingredients and still charge extra, then proceed to drown the ingredients in cheese. Read more
Usually the pizza is great from here but this time it seemed like the pizza toppled to the side or something while in transit.... Some of the pieces had no cheese or toppings. Worst experience from pizza nova usually their food is awesome. Read more
The owner of this restaurant was very rude, they gave me a complete burnt pizza and when I asked to speak with him he came out... and started yelling. The service they provided is unacceptable, I'm a paying customer and the food was not edible . I highly donot recommend this location, they did not even provide me with a new pizza where I ended up throwing it out. I not only wastedmy money but I was also humiliated. The cashier was even willing to make a new pizza however the owner refused to do so. Thislocation needs to close down or have a new owner and I will be making a formal complaint with the head office as well!!!! Read more
