This store will have their 18-WHEELER TRUCK block a lane on Ritson and the only legal entrance to this plaza from the street.... The other driveway has a sign which reads "do not enter", yet they are forcing people to enter there where there is only enoughspace for 1 car! This happens on Saturday around 10am when the doctor's officer and pharmacy just opens. Talking to the driversand the worker at the store did not resolve any issues as they did it last weekend as well. There is no stopping on thatstreet, there is signs all over that area stating this. This issue could be resolved easily without inconveniencing anyone ifthey just pull forward and not block the only legal entrance to the plaza. If not resolved by this weekend, we will just callthe city. Read more
Ordered a standard pizza with pepperoni. Received a pizza with cheese on one half and pepperoni on the other. No big problem... until we called into the customer service line and spoke to the rudest worker. I'm not sure what the issue is with this store but the last few orders were completely messed up. Most recent order was missing... an item and everything was completely cold along with the lasagna container being stood on its side, just wow. The driver wasextremely late. Even the customer service rep was surprised at how long the order took. The level of incompetence exhibited bythis store over and over is a joke. Perhaps you should hire some more drivers and train employees to verify the order beforejust stuffing everything carelessly into a bag. Customer service refunded me the order cost. We have ordered our pizza for many years now at Pizza Nova on Ritson in Oshawa and have always been pleased. They have new staff... now and the last 2 times we ordered from them, the crust was burnt to a crisp. They are not the cheapest pizza in town but weare usually happy to pay a little extra for good quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Read more
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place looked kept up but the pizza wasn't great. It's was about as good as getting... a pizza from little ceasars, but the crust was more thin and crunchy. We got a medium pepperoni here, it was ok but wasexpecting it would be better than that. I order from here whenever I want pizza, never had a problem, only thing was when they delivered the pizza, honey garlic sauce... form the wings was all over the pizza box but that's not a big deal and the person who delivered the pizza felt bad andaplogized and asked me if I would like another pizza but it was no big deal and I said it was fine, spills happen and it didn'tget on the pizza itself only the top of the box.
