I got a salad and wrap, but the workers swapped the protein. Had to drive all the way back to the store to get it redone. The... lady takes the bag with my wrap and dumps it into the garbage, without asking if I even wanted to keep it. They apologized, andtried to make up for the mistake by redoing the order really quickly. My meat was still cold - the worker only heated it on theskillet for 10 seconds in a rush. It was stuffed all the way at the bottom of the wrap, so my fillings were uneven. Aside froman apology, they didn't even offer anything like a free drink or cookie. What a waste of time for mediocre service and poor foodprep. Management needs to train their workers better. Read more
This location was very clean and the staff were friendly. I love Pita Pit normally, the franchise has great food, normally you... leave the store with a pita bigger than your head! However, this location, my pita was half the size it normally is at otherlocations... I asked for a little bit more tomato and the staff member told me I'd have to pay extra for it... I ended up askingfor both romaine and iceberg lettuce just to fill it up. I will probably stick with Pita Deli when I'm North Oshawa. Read more
Today, my family and I wanted to help the less fortunate, and hand out meals and toiletries downtown. We contacted a few local... restaurants to see if they could make enough food on such short notice, as it was close to closing hours. Not only did Pita Pitnorth Oshawa deliver, but the owner himself loved our idea so much he decided to double our order free of charge. Thank you SOmuch. You guys have our business for life. Read more
My all time favourite place to eat. I?ve tried pretty much every location in Durham Region over the last couple years and even... though I have another Pita Pit closer to my house, I always make the drive to north Oshawa. I have been to this location numerous of times. Always get something different as there is a lot to choose from. Staff at this... location is really helpful with my making a good healthy choice. I love the fact that I can have mushrooms and other vegetableson the grill. Always tastes great?? love the hot of the grill food. I always recommend this place to all my friend and family. I normally love this location I haven?t been for awhile and I was there yesterday and had a live bug in my pita. I have a video... of it moving. I went back into the store and showed the girls that were working. One of the workers asked me if I wanted anotherpita ?! I said obviously not because I don?t have an appetite and no one would want it remade after this. I asked about a refundand they said they couldn?t give me one at the moment and took my number and name and I have yet received a call. This wasextremely disappointing and very unsanitary. I?m not sure who?s to blame for this beetle/insect being in my pita but I thinkveggies should be washed better and workers should be aware of what they put into the pitas.
