This location never accepts online orders even when they are not busy. Half the time the staff are rude and make mistakes.
Delicious pita's, they use very fresh ingredients and are very organized . Will definitely return !

Worst customer service ever… every time I’ve asked for gluten free they go out of their way to question me because they... don’t want to do more work… I’ve asked for rice in my pita several times and was told the owner doesn’t allow that asthis “isn’t a burrito place.” I’m sorry but who gave you the right to dictate how I eat my pita. I go to the pita inWhitby on Baldwin and they are the best…. Never question my rice or my gluten allergy. Read more
This is the only location I have had a bad experience at. Online or called in orders not ready. Social distancing not enforced... and poorly managed. The app didn't help matters for this location as well. Read more
Ordered online (pick up) from this location last night for the first time in about 10 years. I was a little hesitant going by... the reviews but it was close by so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious and the service wasgreat! I will definitely be going back in the future. Read more
Grew up in Kingston where pita pit started. It was so amazing back then and a great deal for a young teenager with little money... left after leaving the bar. Today I noticed their sign and thought I would try it again after so many years. They failed beyondbelief. Two customers and it took 15 minutes for my food. Staff were stumbling around like baby horses and lacked anyorganization at all. The portion of meat was so sparse I barely noticed any while eating. I did find some stuck between my teetheventually. Not sure if it’s the location or the way corporate runs things now. I’ll never go back again in my life. Read more
