I used to work at this place but, Lisa fired me over calling in sick which is reasonable, but it?s unfair on my end because all... her other employees call in sick all the time, but never seem to get trouble, never mind getting their position taken over thesame reason. Not to mention the manager Lisa is unnecessarily disrespectful towards some of her employees. She spoke to me in avery unprofessional way and refused to give me real reason as to why fired me. Ive never been to this location As soon as we walked in, the girl at the cash taking orders looked like she did not want to be... there. No smile, no eye contact, a bit of a line up, but nothing crazy. I placed my order, which the girl got wrong , so I hadto order out of the combo which ended up costing more money! She claimed she did not hear me. Maybe if she had put some moreeffort into what she was doing, it wouldn't have cost me so much more!!! this was probably my worst experience with a fast food place. Person working the desk just ignored me as she was rearranging... receipts. I was standing right in front of her so impossible to miss. Then after 2 mins she says what do you want to order. Nohi no sorry for making you wait. Just plain rude. Read more

I went to get two sidekick sandwiches and got charged $11.28 which was weird since it is usually cheaper. I didn't think much of... it and waited around 15 minutes to get my food kind of a long time but it takes time to fry chicken and it was busy so Iunderstood. My order finally got called and when I went to pick my order up I saw that they gave me two big mary's instead. Itold the girl that took my order that I asked for two sidekick sandwiches and she just told me that she was sorry and thenwalked away. I was stunned that she didn't offer to make another one because it was her that got the order wrong but I decidedto be nice and walk out. While I was walking out, I realized that I don't like the mayo or pickles on the big mary's so I wentback in. I told the girl this and she simply asked if I wanted her to scrape it off. In fast food places if you get a customersorder wrong, you make them a new one, not offer to scrape it off, how unsanitary is that? I kept cool and told her to justrefund me and she reluctantly did it. Usually, even at Mcdonalds, they offer something for free, maybe a small fries or a donutbut here, nothing. What a great location. They really pay attention to the details here. The store is kept very clean and they observe all the... safety procedures. The staff are very friendly and take your order quickly. The chicken is amazing. And the potato wedges area welcome change. The two piece meal deal is a great value and you have a great meal. Definitely recommend this location forany fried chicken fans. Read more
Almost 50% of the tenders were breading, just to cover the small portion. Never had this problem at more rural stores.
