I had the worst experience at the shop. The past owner was very generous. When you order an ice cream you get more than your... share, but since the new owner has taken over my cup is less than full all the time, and on top of that the owner is very rudeto some customers. The ice Cream is still good. Just go for the ice cream don?t go for the service. Read more

Ice cream was okay but the staff is terrible. Came at 8:30 pm. Google said the store was open until 10pm. We waited ten minutes... for the girl working to finish chatting with her friends. Then finally asked to taste two of the flavours. Literally 5 secondafter handing us the tasters the girl working very rudely told us "you need to hurry up because I'm closing soon". They hadapparently updated their hours to close now at 9pm instead (which it was still before). But the girl very rudely rushed usthrough our order to go hangout with her friends who were just loudly waiting in the store for her to close down. She wouldbarely answer any questions we had. I asked for 2 separate small cups of ice cream. One a special chocolate flavor and one a white cheesecake with raspberry. First... of all they didn't have raspberries so I settled for strawberry. Then the lady began mixing them both together and put it inone cup!!???? I tried to explain that I wanted 2 cups of ice cream with the chocolate one and vanilla cheesecake flavour separate. She didn't understand. She kept saying that is how they do it!!? So I just paid for it because there were about 5people waiting and I didn't want her to have to start over. I just ate it in the car but was totally disappointed. Also it wasnot hard and cold. It was melting as she handed it to me. Expensive for a disappointing ice cream. What if it was for 2 people,LoL??? I hadn't been out for ice cream for a few months. Next time I will go to Enniskillen Store on Ritson Road. They are byfar the best. Read more

My family loves Guava ice cream a lot and we purchased multiple times here. Neat and clean, great service by girls. I tempted to... give 5 star rating even though its bit expensive. However the slim man works over there, might be owner/manager, he snatched onestar by not wearing gloves and head cover and playing around ice cream preparation counter. I seen him multiple times and felthe made up his mind not wear gloves and head covers. Read more

The selection was good and the staff friendly and personable. Unfortunately that's where the good parts end. The manager of the... establishment keeps the tips from the workers and skips to customers in line he has relations with. He skipped over myself andmy roommates for a woman he then left the store with into an unmarked car only to return some time later. Although I may likethe ice cream, I cannot support his buisness practices and treatment of his staff. Read more
