Buddha?s bowl with Falafel including tax $14.67. Good size a little expensive, not enough spicy peanut sauce. It looked like... they put a couple of teaspoons of sauce. I was digging through the whole bowl looking sauce. It was just dry. I had to add myown peanut sauce. So over priced something I had to change at home to make it taste better. Accidentally placed an order as pickup instead of delivery, and I do not drive. I tried to call the store to rectify this so I... can re-order it or have it changed to delivery and the store refuses to assist me so I can get my order that has has been paidfor, and they will not refund me either. I am so disappointed in about the my experience. I made an order through Uber Eats on Thursday evening 6 pm, my intention was to... schedule a delivery for the following day. This order was for a meeting on Friday 12 pm. Immediately I realized my mistake andfrantically started to reach out to Uber eats, their live chat recommended I reach out to the merchant and I tried over and overtheir phone it was not getting through I finally did and I spoke to an individual who said he's the manager called Tony. Iexplained my predicament and he was very rude, he told me that is not his problem it's my problem and I should figure out whatto do with this food...(16 orders costing $284). I definitely understand this would have not been a good business deal but all Iwanted was for him to meet me half way ....I am sure he has experienced this before. His tone and language was very wanting andhonestly wondered how he is a business person. I have been ordering our meetings meals from Freshii but that has come to an end.To close this review the Uber driver who was going to deliver the food was awesome her name is Yvonne, we spoke and she calledUber Eats on my behalf and I got a total refund for the order. My sister in law brought me in to this location this past weekend.The store itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I... found the menu had many options for me ( vegetarian/sugar free). There was a man helping us that day and he was so fantastic! Iwished I grabbed his name. Fantastic customer service and took the time to show us the menu and all its options. We even got acouple samples to help narrow down the choices! Will most definitely be going back! Read more
Food is really delicious with alot of great, healthy options and alternatives for a vegan diet. The owners were absolutely... wonderful when I went in my first time. I wasn't familiar with the menu and all of the customizations you could do. They were sohelpful and have my son and I samples of their amazing smoothies. This place has such a diverse selection and so healthy! The salads are so balanced with flavours, im a picky eater but I... wouldn?t change a thing about them! Ordered a bowl, go here pretty often. They tend to make mistakes and just pull things out. Servings are skimpy. What really got... me mad though is my partner goes there and specifically asks if the cabbage is a mix with carrots or is it just carrots. Theysay just cabbage, so we select it in a custom bowl. I can?t have carrots because I?m allergic and he gets home to them havingput carrots in my mix, one giant chunk of cabbage, which is gross, and they missed another one of my toppings? now I can?t eatit and I?d have to go back in person to get it fixed. What a waste of my time. Not even going back. Terrible attention to detailon a place that literally has it written out in front of them.
