Ordered pizzas at 11:20 pm and by 1140 pm the tracker said it was completed. Called the store at 12:01 am and advised system is... broken and should be there in 5 mins, by 12:25am my order arrives Luke warm hour plus for deceivers meanwhile orders are madeas soon as recived and sits until this is no way to run a food delivery service Dominos let's step up the game no follow up calland system said 24 to 30 mins for delivery. The pizza was ready within 2 minutes of arrival. The parmesan bites did not make their appearance until 15 minutes later. The... bites had cinnamon and sugar as shown on the paper on them and not the parmesan cheese. The pizza is missing the sauce sobasically we did not get anything that was ordered. Read more
UPDATE Management was apologetic and listened to my concerns. Has assured me that all the issues I've brought up will be... addressed. Pleasantly surprised. *** ORIGINAL POST Delivery driver called me and asked me to meet him in the parking lot tocollect my order, since it was raining and he didn't feel like walking to my door. Um...I paid $3.50 for delivery for a reasonand it's night time. I called the store because this wasn't right, they apparently told him to deliver it to my door. The manarrived and took my payment, glaring at me the entire time. I opened up the pizzas to see that they were both intentionallytrashed by the guy (see photos), I assume shaken. Folded over each other, toppings everywhere. I immediately called the storeand got Alyssa on the phone. Explained the situation, she put me on hold for several minutes, then came back to give me a hardtime. I was told that I was a problem customer and that she had replaced every single order I ever made with them ( actually Ihave a record/ not true/ but nice try), that her manager told her to not help me and that she has my name, number and addressand knows that I'm trouble when I call (creepy). Obviously beyond inappropriate behaviour from the delivery driver, her managerand herself. She offered to reluctantly replace my trashed pizzas but only this last time. As if, I never would feelcomfortable with food from this location ever again, or a refund. I took the refund. Will never order from this location everagain. Avoid Simcoe South!! Grandview has much better service, quality and proper management teams. Side note, neverexperienced this issue from the Grandview location. Unfortunately the delivery system defaults to this horrid place. I will befollowing up with Domino's Head Office regarding this experience.
