The last few times have been horrible probably the last time I?m ever going to Order. There weren?t any receipts on the box to... even complain. Clearly forgot the cheese on the cheesy bread. I don?t think pizza was made to eat with a knife and fork. Read more
I have had an issue with this store before and head office fixed the problem, but the problem was still happening. The app... coupon said feast pizza large 16.99 but when I went to check out it went to 18.99 than removed a dollar. Arnab really explainedeverything and I showed him the issue. He explained that it's because there's extra topping on the Extraganza which I wanted.The app didn't say directly that that type of feast pizza would be extra. It says that there's a charge for extra toppings or soI thought. I informed him of the situation than tried a 4 topping feast pizza and the price didn't change. So that's when wecame to the conclusion that the issue was that there was extra toppings. Well if your gonna include feast pizzas should be anyof them. I've always had good pizza from this location. And quite a few free ones because of the points accumulated. It's my go to... store. Staff are always friendly and work hard to please the customer. Maybe having worked in customer service before, I havemore of an understanding from the employee's side of things. Being nice & considerate costs nothing. Read more
My family and I went to lake simcoe and we had to grab pizza for our kids, what we have received from this branch was unmatched... to any pizza place we have been. The staff whose name is Akshai, (Sorry if I mispronounced his name) made sure that we got whatwe asked for and we appreciate his customer service. The chicken barbeque pizza was a delight to our mouth! Forget the negativereviews and take a time to bite their ????s. Thanks and we will definitely go to this place again in our nxt visit. Read more
I had been ordering here for quite some time. Unfortunately they messed up my order 4 times before I just had to move on. And... the owner & manager did not seem interested in making up for it, nor did they offer anything worth the massive screw-ups, overand over. Not only that, the pizza's are pretty gross tasting (but somehow the Dominos in Pickering, ON, actually taste great,so it's just a store-specific issue) This used to be one of the best Domino's, I have no idea what happened. I have been ordering from this location for years with no issues. I'm assuming they are under new management as the guy who... claimed he was the manager I didn't recognize at all. Had an issue with my order so I called in and was treated very poorly theman actually argued with me over my food being the standard size. I order the same thing all the time it's never this small, thecheesy bread. He continued to argue and then offered a credit I declined and asked for a remake because I'm hungry and want thefull size of my food. Takes almost an hour to get the replacement and the driver is even ruder. I answer the door and he's likeoh you again more food already, I replied no it's a remake and he questioned me for free? I said yeah that's typically whathappens when a mistake is made and he laughed and walked away. This is the worst service I have ever received from there so Icalled to say as much and they answered and hung up on me twice without speaking a word and then just left my call ring untilclose, about 10 mins. This location is going downhill and dragging the dominos name through the mud with lack of knowledge tomake the food and lack of customer service. The remake was not good either.
