I placed an order through Skip (3670, Oct. 25th '22, ~6pm) and gave a few custom instructions. The employees called me to... clarify and confirm my instructions to make sure I was happy with my order. My kids and I went to downtown to Dairy Queen today. The lobby is closed to public so we had to go through the drive thru... instead which is no biggie and I totally get that this area isn't the greatest. The employee at the drive thru was reallyfriendly and met us at the takeout window with a smile! The food took a few minutes as we of course ordered chicken strips,blizzards and burgers and it was fresh and delicious. I love DQ onion rings!! Read more

I usually love going to this DQ as it?s close to home, open late and offers a driver thru. But today I feel completely... discouraged for ever for coming back.
