I have never been so disrespected. This store on Simcoe and Beatrice area in Oshawa is absolutely completely unprofessional.... Helen and Kim should not be working any customer service positions let alone management (Kim). The utter disrespectful andunprofessionalism is not a good representation of Dairy Queen or Oshawa business period. This has been 3 times my family hasencountered a negative experience. I went inside with my daughter to ask if there is a separate counter for ice cream and burger . The lady I asked replied me... rudely. And also when I look back she was giving me looks. So I decided to leave without ordering. I also work in a serviceindustry . People can make mistake or hesitant if things are new for them . No body wants to be judged just because that personis new. People need to be little compassionate. That was my first and last experience at this location of Dairy Queen. I willnot return again here. I never wrote any bad review in my life. Love their ice cream and blizzards, alway great taste and quality.

Had an amazing ice cream cake for my boyfriends birthday. We put it in our freezer when we got home and took it out at dessert... time, it was so soft to cut and still frozen, wasn?t hard as a rock!
