Terrible Experience! Our party of 6 came for a celebration on a Saturday evening. Our plan was to eat and then dance. 5 out of 6... of our guests orders came out...and it was then that the waitress had informed us that the cook had JUST told her they didn'thave the 6th guests order. I personally don't understand how when an order comes in, the cook doesn't check to see if he has allof the items? That seems strange. After ordering steak fajitas, on the house, we found that once the meal arrived it wasinedible. Looked great but smelled atrocious and had so much spice on it, that our guest actually left to go get fast food. The1 bite they did have left them feeling ill from all the spices they had used. So much so that they were unable to enjoythemselves. It ruined the celebration. Will not be returning. Read more
Warning; they don’t honour things, even if it’s on their website. Came in for the half priced menu, (their food isn’t... worth full price, we only go when it’s cheap because it’s close.) We were told it’s no longer available, and the waitresseven said they gave no warning to their customers that it had ended. They should probably update their website, or in the least;warn patrons before they sit down, so they don’t waste their time. Also, I believe their AC is broken, or just not on. One ofthe hottest summer days we’ve encountered, and it was just as hot inside as it was outside. Read more
1st time eating at Chasers Bar & Grill. The food was absolutely amazing. Great portions, great value. Courtney was our waitress.... She was very friendly, knowledgeable, on the ball, great to talk to as well. Keep up the great work, we will definitely be back. Read more
Terrible service. The tables were dirty when we came in. The waitress commented that she didn't know how they were dirty, she... had cleaned them. She said she would and never did. That was the first clue that we should have left. My vegetables weresoaked in butter and so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. The steak tasted like grease as if it was deep fried. Had to getour own condiments, waitress never came by once. I kept putting my hand up it was ignored. The manger, I'm assuming, he neversaid but seemed to be; came by the table behind us several times talked to and kept bringing things to that table. I attemptedto get his attention it took several tries for him to come over. We were two of six people in the restaurant. We told him thatwe were waiting 25 minutes to get the bill or see a waitress. He asked another server who was serving us, no apologies or anycomment was made by him. At this point I was ready to get up and leave without paying. It took another 10 minutes for her tocome back and clear the table. We paid the bill and left. That was not our first time there, it was half descent food andservice before. Worst service Ever !!!!! My wife and I were greeted and told to sit down, Tables we’re all Dirty… and we’re never cleaned... at any time that we were there…even though we had asked them to. After the waitress served our Meal…. The waitress did notcome by once… the place was dead and not busy…We had to get our own condiments. And after we finished our meal, 25 minuteswent by, No sign of our waitress….so we had to ask the manager…”Can we please see the waitress “ ???? she finallyshowed up….he never apologized whatsoever ….we said we just wanted dessert…The manager proceeded to tell our waitress..andthen she wasn’t seen for another 15 min… so since she first served us initially was a total of 40 minutes until she finallyshowed up again… Her excuse was…I was just cleaning up in the back….We told her, we changed our mind and didn’t wantdessert… just wanted our bill….We we’re so upset…we were tempted to just walk out of there, and Believe me theywouldn’t of even noticed!! We wanted our Bill and to get the heck out of there. No tip was given….worst service I haveexperienced in 54 years at any restaurant. I guarantee my wife and I will never be back again !!!! Read more

The staffs are friendly and the kitchen is quick to get orders out. The managers were accomodating. They have good food. I... ordered a coffee and my mortgage client had a drink. Both were fantastic and worth the price. Ambiance is great for hosting meeting. I will definitely be back for another mortgage meeting. Read more
