Just finished eating dinner here at BWW. Great wings, and the Pretzels rock!! Service was incredible. Jessica stayed on top of... everything our entire stay and had great knowledge of the menu. Service like this is few and far between. Good job BWW. We willbe back!!! Read more
After a long week of work I thought I?d do take out for my family. I ordered 40 wings, 2 fries, 2 carrots and celery with dip.... Well when my husband got there to pick up our order the hostess handed him the 40 wings and veggies. Our total was about $60.Now it?s not 100% on the hostess for packing up the order. However, the kitchen should be checking the orders before lettingthem go out of the kitchen!!!!! I?m so thankful for my husband who caught the mistake still in store! Although the manager wasEXTREMELY RUDE! He corrected the order. If you?re doing take out CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!!! This has been an ONGOINGissue and the managers don?t seem to care about their customers. Read more
Worst food experience and experience ever! We ordered our food and that was the last time we saw our server until it was time to... go. I should mention the server asked if we wanted carrots and celery or just one or the other with our boneless wings. She didnot say it was an extra charge or we wouldn?t have accepted it. The boneless wings were over cooked and this made them very dry.The Caesar salad was definitely made hours earlier and completely soggy. We waited and waited and waited and waited and youguessed it, waited some more to ask our server for new items, yet she never came. My husband tried to flag her down, but shepurposely turned her back. Not one table check. We FINALLY have her come and tell her about the food. She has the manager takeoff the salad but they charge us for the veg we didn?t ask for. We ask to speak to the manager and explain the situation. Heoffers us a 15 credit for the next time we come back. The next time?! How about don?t be disingenuous and I would haveconsidered coming back. Then the server comes once the manager leaves all condescending and says ?Sorry I didn?t check on youmore, I thought I was doing it enough.? Seriously?! You took our order, brought some drinks, (another girl brought the otherbevy?s and then didn?t come back once after you took our order!!!!). I have been in the restaurant industry for years and theservice from the manager and server was appalling. And I should mention it was the Oshawa location tonight at Taunton andHarmony. Read more

You can't go wrong if you go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The (boneless) wings where great, perfectly sauced, made fresh, and exactly... what we ordered. The sides where also great, made fresh and piping hot when we got it. The only thing was the service was alittle slow and we had ask a few times for service. Minor inconvenience but overall great experience at this location. Read more
There was 2 long hairs wrapped around one of the drums. I bit into it, and had to pull the hair out of my mouth ????. I called... to let them know and the girl I spoke to sounded unapologetic. I'm so disappointed because their wings are good but not anymore.I called to say maybe they should check the batch of wings they had because the hair looked like it was cooked in it and shedidn't care.
