Very disappointed in them. Got something more expensive didn't receive much at all. Wouldn't recommend the 3 meat deal as it's... not a deal, I could've went too mandarin and got more too go in the container for the same price. Won't be going here again. AsI go there 2 times a week at least and receive more for the 2 meats at a lower price then the 3 meat Read more
Used to be a great place for a quick meal around 5-6 years ago, now... TRASH. The food is at least 4 days old, cold and hard,... the customer service is also not the best. Would not recommend. :( Read more
What a terrible dishonest restaurant. I sent my daughter there for lunch. She came back with a small container of noodles and a... tiny egg roll for 16 dollars. All she needed was a side order of noodles but they pushed her into taking a combo. They totallytook advantage of the situation. It?s no wonder they have 2.6 stars. Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely overpriced for underwhelming/bad food. Customer service is horrendous, witnessed staff yelling and arguing with a man... over a valid reason he brought up to the point where the other staff member forgot my order to bud in their conversation. Pleasedon?t work in customer service if you?re a bitter person. I understand why now this place never has a line up like the otherfood places in the mall. Read more
Seriously avoid this place. I understand when it's a slow day you're tempted to keep old food or serve the oldest pieces you... have but the day of eating here and for two days later I've had severe stomach issues. I hope a food inspector comes to check onthem and straighten them up. Read more
Service was friendly. We were greeted and the lady waited patiently while we decided on what we wanted. We placed our order and... she was not stingy when doling out the food. We were both quite full and found the food to be fresh, hot, and flavourful. Ourcombo: sweet & sour tofu (actually crispy under the sauce), broccoli, Shanghai noodles. Will definitely go back. I ordered the Beef Noodle , too much beef and very less noodle. After eat I still feel hungry , and onion skin was not pealed... properly. The bowl looks like a lot but not much in it to eat. There were onion skin still intact. I just want a simple noodlesoup. But they put in side lots different vegetables, which you cannot taste a real noodle soup. More like a mix up withdifferent stuff meat and vegetables . And too oily. Noodle probably only 20%. I hope they change to better. Read more
TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! I LOVE the food at Shanghai 360 but they are so expensive now, for the exact same combo 3 or 4 or whatever... with the exact same meat/rice/noodle/veggie choices its 21$ freaking dollars for one plate at OC, but at scarborough town centerthey only charge $15 for the exact same plate I always get which is amazing. And scarborough town center they load it up and aregreat there, oshawa center location Shanghai is just too fricken expensive I will not be going there from now on no way. Read more
