I had a bacon egger on an English muffin. Service was fast, sandwich could've been better. You could tell that the meal was made... earlier or microwaved. Not worth the 5.75. Lady at the cash also seemed grumpy, plopped my food on the counter with attitude. Read more

Worst customer service. I am never going to visit again. I used to get my sandwich from here, last time I visited the lady and... two guys were working at first they ignored me and then the lady initiated to take my order in a very rude way like she wasn?tinterested to serve me at all. And when I started ordering she said we don?t make this sandwich here. It?s customers personalchoice if they want to customize their orders. Sometimes we don?t like the items on the menu, you can go to any other restaurantand they will make your order accordingly but not visit this place. Read more
I was at the mall last week, on Monday or Tuesday and I ordered the egg breakfast sandwich with bacon and I have never in my... life had such a greasy breakfast sandwich. The grease was literally soaking the bag it was in all over my hands. I didn?t eveneat it I had to throw it out it was that bad and I ordered two of them. I?ve never been so disappointed in A&W as I was thatday, and because I didn?t get a receipt from the lady as she supposed to give everybody. I did ask for one which I was told itwas in the bag, and it wasn?t. So I didn?t think I could complain so I decided to do a review instead. Read more
Best root beer out there. Love the teen burgers and of course the onion rings. Reasonable pricing when there is an online deal.
The meal was good but putting the food in the bag on its side caused all the toppings to slide out and made a big mess. For what... I paid I'd like to not have a huge sloppy mess. Read more
Over priced and low quality/ unhealthy! I got a Double Mozza burger Combo for $15.64 (after tax) which is so expensive for a... fast food burger that is not really different from their basic burger(s). When I got the order, i told them that I don?t eatbacon and I did not really know it comes with bacon (since it does not describe under the order on the menu) so they just gotthe burger back and removed the bacon, which was something I could do it myself! I requested a new one, which was very chewy andnot well done so I only had 1-2 bits of it but ate my fries (tasted good) with a coke! It was my third time trying A&w, I WILLNEVER TRY it again! I always get the chubby chicken burger but the new one with tomato and the multigrain bun is good too.
