This rating isn't about food. The food was good and honestly my waitress was good too. I ate here over the weekend and forgot my... hoodie. They closed at 9 and we left after that so I know no new customers came in. When I came back the next day the hostesswas very helpful in looking for it. The other waitress on the other hand who was there the previous night. Was very short andacting shady, wouldn't look at me and only 1 word response. Pretty sure she knew adsacty were my hoodie went. It used to be the place to go but seems to have fallen on hard times. Clearly the staff was not managed and if the manager was... in the kitchen cooking they need a new manager because the food was not up to par. The beer was good and cold but after that itfell apart. Our group of six was ignored at the door for too long. The server was sweet but ill trained. If a request was madeshe would run off to satisfy it before asking if anybody else wanted anything so she was working herself to death. The food wasslow to arrive. One of the hot dishes came out at 95° and sent back and one of the burgers took another 10 minutes to arriveat the table And when it arrived it only covered half the bun and was severely overcooked. The fish and chips never came withcoleslaw as advertised and there were no more check backs by the server. After waiting about 10 minutes for the server to closeout the check we were forced to go to the bar. We heard a rumor that it's for sale perhaps the owner has just given up. Read more
Amazing food with great variety. Excellent wait staff who stay on top of things. And the busboy will keep you laughing.
