Me and my wife came to this hotel for a night to get away and relax, with our dogs. The first issue never have I seen a hotel... that says 1 hour, 1 party 1 time for access to the pool, The pool was not heated, the hot tub was broken I spent a total of 260$On a single bed w a couch and tv. Had to stand in the lobby for countless minutes before someone came out, said one moment wentback, finished cooking or it would have burned. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. Staffing is slow. Rooms feel like they?ve never had a good deep clean. The pull out couch is an... absolute joke and is rock hard. We got a ?suite? which basically just means a door on the ?bedroom? and then charge you for anextra person even though it advertises as ?fitting 5?\n\nThey don?t allow any early check in unless you pay for it. Which Iunderstand is that uncommon but it was an hour and 15 minutes early.\n\nThey look like the only thing they?ve spent a dime on inthe last ten years is their smart TVs which don?t even work in the room we got.\n\nThey must have people actually living inbecause there was a ?private? room next door with SCREAMING children all day and night long.\n\nThe breakfast in the morning wasa joke. Hardly anything there and only enough coffee for a half cup.\n\nThere was mouse traps in our room.\n\nAND we had a?handicap? room and definitely is NOT ADA compliant.\n\nLong story short. I wouldn?t even rate this place a 1 I?d give it a 0. I had most of my guests booking here for the weekend of my wedding. The... first time I had called it was due to a few of my guests not being able to find our block under my now husbands last name, onlymine. When I asked this question I was talked to extremely rude, & was yelled at saying it was under both of our last names whenin my email confirmation it only had my last name on it. As well as multiple of my guests who had sent me their confirmations. Iasked to talk to a manager because I didn?t appreciate the customer service I was receiving & was told that was the manager. Ilet it go. The next phone call I had made was to make sure I didn?t need to add any more hotel rooms to my block, as that wasmentioned to be in the beginning an option if we were running out of rooms. Again the customer service I received was horrible.Condescending, belittling, & beyond rude. Working in customer service myself I know how to talk to people & how not to talk topeople & I couldn?t believe the way I was being treated. The only thing I was told was that I still had rooms. Whatever that?sall I needed to know. My final encounter with this manager/owner was the last straw. A week before my wedding I called toconfirm the total amount of rooms that were being used, only because I was trying to confirm my shuttle pick ups & drop offs.This guy had the nerve to scream at me & was telling me he couldn?t give me this information. I finally had enough with thisguys tone, & behavior with me that I confronted him & told him I don?t appreciate how I?ve been being treated & that hiscustomer service was really poor. I told him as someone giving him business I would just expect to be receiving respect as hehad been given respect from me. When I mentioned having no issues getting this info from other hotels I had blocked at he yelledat me, told me I had called 6 times, & to stop calling his hotel. When I say yelled I mean yelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Accused of stealing batteries from the clock and the cover. My son wet the bed was charged for that... as well one night cost me $300 dollars!! Called immediately once I seen the charges on my acct and got hung up on. Read more

NO STAR!!! Do not stay at this hotel!! Thee worst experience!! No working toilet, fridge or lights. Nothing on my \"receipt\"... was accurate. Tried calling and emailing for weeks about a refund, finally had someone answer a week later refusing me anyinformation or to talk to a manager or owner. Over $200 for 1 night stay. No privacy, camera on every single wall. Read more

I travel a lot and was surprised to see how many negative reviews there were for this hotel. My stay was great - the ROOMS HAVE... BEEN RECENTLY UPDATED (see pics) with new bedding and sofas. Hot tub and pool looked updated and were better than expected,although the hot tub temp wasn\'t very hot. The only complaint I can echo from other reviews is that there isn\'t much caulkalong the perimeter of the bath tubs so water is clearly getting under the linoleum and no doubt causing issues ; as a handyman,it irks me to see such an obvious maintenance issue go uncorrected... a few tubes of caulk and a few hours of work and they\'dprevent mold or inevitable water damage issues. Breakfast was nice, especially when considering the price. Hotel was overallfresh, clean and staff were friendly. Very nice budget hotel that didn\'t make me feel like I was on a budget. Read more

We were also quoted one price, and charged more when we arrived at the hotel. We were refused keys until we signed paperwork... agreeing with the additional charges. That wasn?t the worst part of our stay. I was there to visit my son, and myGranddaughters, we were charged additional pool fees for the children, and even more for being in the pool for more than onehour. None of these rules and fee?s are available for you to view prior to your stay. Here?s where it gets creepy though, themale owner of the hotel watched, on camera, while my teenage Granddaughters swam in the pool. I am extremely unhappy about thedisgusting behavior of this establishment. The only way the owner would have known about the time limit, and the amount ofpeople, is by his confession when we disputed the additional charges. He himself said he had proof of the charges because heviewed it on his hotel camera. Please don?t be fooled by the websites 4 or 5 star reviews, they are deceptive, and convincing.I am only writing this review to spare others, as well as their children from being prayed upon.
