I?ve called 3 times each one an hour apart they haven?t picked up? so much for some good old fashion delivery pizza ????
Service was awful. A "mysterious" charge showed up and no one could explain it. We ordered on the app a full hour in advance and... still had to wait to get our order. Perhaps hiring managers/owners should check for more than a pulse when making their staffingdecisions. Very aggravating and all around poor service. Read more
Ordered both pastas were prepared perfectly! Osceola IA Pizza Hut has fabulous food.
Pizza was great except that there was not enough pepperonis to be called a Pepperoni Lovers pizza. Restaurant was clean,... waitress was efficient. Good meal. Read more
4 stars is a gift for the current condition of service and cleanliness. Slow to be greeted and seated. We were 1 of 2 tables in... use at the time. Our taco pizza was missing all of the toppings. They did not know how to interact with the pizza hut app. I'mhoping it is under new management and getting things in order. I'll update the review after my next trip. Read more
Staff were horrible. The phone rang off the hook the whole time and the guy didn't answer it even though he was just standing... around. Food was to hard to cut and was so greasy I didn't even want to eat it. Do not recommend at all. Read more
This was an awful experience for road weary travelers like we were. We were seated eventually in an empty restaurant. After a... while we received a menu. The waitress checked in with us but we weren't ready to order at that time. When we ready and statedwhat we wanted, the waitress informed us it wasn't available. so we looked at the menu some more and I finally decided on Frenchfries. The french fries weren't available. Upon speaking with the waitress we found out that the only thing the restaurantactually carried on the menu was the pizzas, salad bar (which wasn't even half filled) and sandwiches. So basically the wholeback page of their menu wasn't available. We finally decided on a personal pizza and a vegetarian pizza. The pizza came and Itwas cut extremely uneven ( some really big, others small). If you look at the pictures you can see it was a perfect ending tothe kind of experience we had. I do want to say that the waitress there was extremely friendly and she worked very hard. Itappeared that the manager just stood around and liked to assign tasks as he watched from from behind the counter . Read more
This place is honestly a joke the last 2 times I have ordered honey barbecue wings boneless I have received bone in wings and... they were never honey barbecue, and I just tried calling them MULTIPLE TIMES and nobody answered the phone and they don?t closeuntil 9pm and I called from 8:15pm up to closing time. Never going/ordering from here again. Read more
