Spaces for prime parking are not Cleary marked. No signs and so on had to ask staff what Spaces where prime and they didn't... know either! Read more
Greedy their diesel price is 81c or around $1 more/g than any truck stop in the area so 160 gallons you have to pay almost... $150 more than kum & go next exit toward des moines. Read more

A not so typical Pilot. This location has dedicated RV pumps and a large lot with separate diesel pumps for semis with their own... entrance. All auto gas pump islands have diesel as well. Pumps and surrounding concrete are dirty and greasy. Whole placeneeds a good cleaning. Men's bathroom wasn't too bad, but toilets obviously haven't been wiped down in some time. Masks arerequired per signs on door but staff not wearing them. Location has a Subway inside as well. We didn't eat here, so I won'treview it. Read more
Safe bet for parking, no need to reserve. You don't know what you don't know and all I knew was that I would be out of hours... when I got here. But, no need to worry. You'll have a spot. No need to reserve one in route. Read more
Not the cleanest Pilot I've been to, the bathroom was a disaster... All of the coffee pots were empty at 5pm.. They have a... Subway and CAT Scale. The employees were really friendly and helpful. Nice big parking lot, and there is a casino next door forreal food/buffet. Read more
Wish you offered carry baskets to use in the store. It's hard to shop with your hands full and using a cane. I enjoy shopping at... the travel center. Read more
