This place never has chicken pot pies. My wife went through the drive thru and when they didn't have pot pies canceled the whole... order which would have been over $ 30 ... Went at 6:30pm on a Sunday to order take out. They had NO chicken!!! No fried chicken and no chicken strips. You can't feed a... family of 6 unless you can get a bucket of chicken. We weren't the only ones leaving empty handed. In their defense, they saidthat they had gotten an order for two 16 piece buckets and a 12 piece bucket of strips for the same family. The staff here has to be the most incompetent in the area. Sad that management is so poor that they can?t effectively train... their employees. The place is filthy , so I?d advise to get take out vs. dining in. They only carry very limited quantities ofcertain items each day so it?s like a first come first served place to eat. I don?t know about you, but if I?m going to go outsomewhere and buy dinner, I?d like to buy what I want not just what you decide to have available that day. Ordered 3 PC tenders, got a 3 PC meal original. Ordered tender box, got 3 piece tender combo. Ordered coleslaw, got fries.... Ordered honey mustered, got ranch. Taco bell side, Ordered 2 bean burritos, added tomatoes & lettuce, didn't happen. Lady infront was rude. YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!! Read more
One star is 5 stars too many. Went in to try to get dinner at 8 pm, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody would come... up to take my order. In the long run I guess it was for the better lifter looking at the floor and the rest of the cooking area,it is just filthy. The health department should really give this place a look. Read more
We stopped after getting a pickup order from the Walmart nearby. There was a long line and no indoor services available yet.... When we arrived at the speaker were told no cash only credit or debit cards and how they were out on several items includingbuckets or sandwiches. I order our food from what was available and at the window specifically asked if the entire order wasthere. I was told it was but, I pulled away to find it wasn't. No answer when I called the store so, I turned around as we live40 miles away. I told them what we were missing and gave me the mac and cheese in a larger bowl as they were out of theindividual size cups..which made it look like there was hardly anything in it! Unfortunately, living in a very Rural communitywith little options then this is our closest Taco Bell and KFC. Read more
Horrible store. The lady in front of me wanted to ensure her chicken was fresh because she said she had dry nasty chicken in the... past at this location. Next up was myself, and I wanted an order of 8 pieces of chicken. No sides or fluff. Just the goodstuff. I was told that I should have called and ordered ahead because they would not be able to fulfill my order even thoughthey literally just filled the chicken holding racks with even more chicken than was already there. This was dinner time (5:30),so there are is no reason not to be able to fulfill any order. The moral here is, this store is mismanaged and will result in amiserable experience. My suggestion Is to get some snacks and wait until you're not in a podunk town like Osceola. Des Moinesisn't too far away. The wait will be well worth it. Read more
