The kitchen doesn't hand food out correctly when order I watched them hand my pizza to someone else
I think ???? I?ve been shopping at this Casey?s since it first opened. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted of the... treatment of my son and myself. When a manager does not witness a theft herself, takes it upon herself to follow my son to ourvehicle and demand he gets out and empty his pockets , because someone else accused him of stealing? So she approaches us likeshe?s a cop , demands him out and demands him to empty his pockets in front of whatever customers that happens to walk past.This was a humiliating and embarrassing incident for my son and I. Lady was rude believe was a manager. Accused of a costumer stealing and came outside to confront them knowing they did not... steal. She should be fired. Read more
The manager of this store accused my cousin of stealing because another customer told her he was stealing. She chased my cousin... outside to the vehicle he arrived in, made him empty his pockets and embarrassed him in front of everyone in the parking lot.All of this to find out he hadn?t stolen a thing. He received a vague apology for the embarrassment. Not to mention, employeesare not allowed to chase a customer outside of the store, whether they were stealing or not. That?s the police?s job. So breakpolicy just to find out the information received was incorrect, that?s not good business. This is how we treat customersCasey?s? I don?t think I?ll be shopping with any Casey?s again and I?ll encourage the rest of my friends and family to steerclear as well. Read more
Pizza is good when fresh but at times the pizza is ready ahead of the time quoted over the phone so it sits in the box, at times... the cheese and crust harden by the time I get it home. Too bad they don't call when ready, that would earn them 5 stars! Read more
Not much to say. Get gas here, people are nice, but if you're wanting a variety of food go to Hyvee station or Kum and go. Lots... more selections. Read more
